I wanted to share some items that I use in my skincare routine other than the skincare brands that I use. These items are used daily, and have been helpful in improving my skin, and are items I recommend using. Today I will be talking about using a Rose quartz roller. Let’s discuss this roller in more detail.

Using The Rose Quartz Roller

Rose quartz rollers are made of rose quartz and keep its temperature for a long period of time, whether its hot or cold. I keep my roller in my skin care refrigerator, so if you are using the roller for a few minutes, store it in the fridge or freezer so it can stay nice and cold. When you use the roller, you’ll want to use it on a clean face and of course you can apply your moisturizer, oils, and any other skin care products you put on your skin to keep it moisturized. There are two sides to the roller, the big end and the small end. You’ll use the big end on your forehead, cheeks, chin, jawline, and neck. The smaller end you’ll use around the eye area, the brow bone, and under the eye. When I use the roller on my face, I do a combination of motions: up and down, and side to side. Just make sure you don’t press down hard on your face, you’ll gently roll the tool over your face and neck. I typically use the roller for 2-3 minutes but that time doesn’t have to apply to you, if you want to make it longer, you can. I love the cooling sensation on my face and neck. Which leads me to the benefits of using a rose quartz roller.

There are quite a few benefits from using this tool. It can improve elasticity and skin tone. Rose quartz rollers are also said to increase blood circulation and improves lymphatic drainage. These rollers can also help to reduce wrinkles, puffiness, pore size, and dark under eye circles. They also help the skin to absorb your skin care products like oils, moisturizers, and creams. Another great benefit is the eliminating of toxins.
